Agreement and Store Operator

These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to and purchases through the LHTRGV™ store. The store is operated by Guangzhou Lanshi Network Technology Co., Ltd., whose legal representative is Li Zhi. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Use, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Product Listings and Specifications

We aim to present product images, descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability as accurately as reasonably possible. Product features, colors, dimensions, connectors, power requirements, package contents, and compatibility differ by model and are described on the relevant listing. Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of colors. Please review the full listing and checkout details before ordering.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items. An order is subject to payment authorization, availability, and acceptance by the store. We may contact you or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, a material listing or pricing error, delivery restrictions, or another issue that prevents fulfillment. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, we will arrange a refund as appropriate.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout where available. Import duties or local charges may apply to cross-border orders as explained in the Shipping Policy. If an obvious pricing or technical error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid for it, subject to applicable law.

Use and Care of Audio Products

Use each product according to the instructions and safety information supplied with it. Unless the individual listing or manufacturer instructions expressly state otherwise, keep electronic products away from water, excessive heat, and avoidable impact; use compatible power sources and accessories; and do not open, modify, or repair the product yourself. Features such as water resistance, battery operation, wireless connectivity, or compatibility apply only where specified for that model.

Returns and Consumer Rights

Our return process is described in the Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be waived or excluded in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

LHTRGV™ branding, original store content, photographs, text, design, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping and information purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially reuse protected content without permission, except where the law permits.

Third-Party Services

The store may rely on independent services for payment, hosting, analytics, communication, and delivery. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising from improper use, unauthorized alteration, or use inconsistent with product instructions or published specifications.
